- Manage new class openings with input from Education Consultants, Center Manager and Head Teacher
- Follow, update, and report on students’ learning progress to parents
- Act as contact point for parents and teachers in communicating students’ learning progress
- Oversee, track and resolve issues related to class operations and requests from customers – parents and students
- Provide assistance to Teachers, Head Teacher and Education Consultant teams as necessary
- Coordinate and facilitate Midterm/Final/Retest/Make-up Tests
- Develop strong relationships with parents and students base on trust
- Assist other centers and YOLA staff as needed
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Good command of both Vietnamese and English
- At least 1 year’s work experience. Strong preference is given to individuals with customer-facing experience in education and/or service industry and strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service mindset, results-driven and striving for work excellence
- Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, planning and proactive problem-solving skills
- Good PC skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
